USA - FSIS issues directive on verifying requirements for pre-stamping of imported meat and poultry

The Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has issued Directive 9500.4, Pre-Stamping Imported Product, which provides instruction to import inspection personnel regarding how they are to verify that the requirements for the pre-stamping of imported meat and poultry products are met and the associated procedures are followed.
